Catharine Kroger-Diamond, Esq.

Catharine Kroger-Diamond has been practicing law in San Diego for over 30 years. During that time, she has handled thousands of personal injury claims. She is an aggressive advocate and a determined negotiator, having recovered millions of dollars for the injured clients that she represents. She takes a personal interest in all of our clients, and she brings her skill, experience, dedication, and compassion to each and every case.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature from the University of Southern California in 1970, Ms. Kroger-Diamond earned a Master of English from San Diego State University in 1976. She then enrolled at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she received a Juris Doctorate in 1979. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1980, and opened her personal injury law practice the following year. In 1994, she earned an advanced degree as a Master of Laws from the University of San Diego.

Ms. Kroger-Diamond is a member of the State Bar of California, American Association for Justice, San Diego County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and North County Bar Association. She has a Distinguished rating by Martindale-Hubbell for her very high professional standards of conduct and ethics, and her excellent rating in legal knowledge, judgment, experience, communication and analytical capabilities.

Ms. Kroger-Diamond is multilingual, speaking English, Spanish, Dutch, and French. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, art, and music. She loves taking walks, especially along the picturesque beaches of Carlsbad.


Marlon D. Campos, Esq.

Marlon joined the Law Offices of Catharine Kroger-Diamond bringing with him an impressive record of experience and success in litigating personal injury cases.

After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Colorado-Boulder, Marlon obtained his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. He has extensive experience in negotiations, mediations, and trial.

Marlon is a member of the State Bar of California, Consumer Attorneys of California, the San Diego County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the American Association for Justice, and the North County Bar Association. He grew up in Stowe, Vermont before heading west to Colorado and ultimately to California. He has been a lifelong skier and rock climber and spends some of his free time in the mountains with his border collie, Finn.


Spencer A. Stein, Esq.

Spencer’s broad legal background in personal injury, civil litigation and criminal defense has led him to become a tireless advocate for our clients.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California-Riverside, and then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. His legal experience includes working with the San Diego County Office of the Public Defender, and he has acquired a passion for vigorously representing clients who have suffered serious injuries.

Spencer is a member of the State Bar of California, Consumer Attorneys of California, the San Diego County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the American Association for Justice, and the North County Bar Association. He is a co-founder of the Jobs for Autism organization, which promotes the abilities and potential of individuals along the Autism Spectrum. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, weightlifting, and reading, and he considers himself an amateur mechanic.


Kristen S. Singh, Esq.

Kristen has been a welcome addition to our team since 2018. She is a graduate of San Diego State University, where she spent three (3) years as a chemistry major, before switching majors and graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. After graduating she obtained her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.

Growing up as a dual citizen of both the United States and Ireland has helped instill in her a sense of global relativism and a unique international character. As a compliment to Kristen’s extensive studies and real world experience in international relations, health care services, and various types of law—her work with the United Nations Association-USA, numerous years of working and volunteering in assisted livings and skilled nursing facilities, as well as volunteering legal services to homeless military veterans— has enhanced her understanding of the nuances that connect different sectors of society. Kristen’s experience serves as a testament to her dedication to the compassionate advocacy that is the hallmark of our practice at the Law Offices of Catharine Kroger-Diamond.

Kristen is a member of the State Bar of California, Consumer Attorneys of California, the San Diego County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the American Association for Justice, and the North County Bar Association. While a native of San Diego, her interest in world travel has, so far, taken her to over 19 countries.
